It is a total surprise to be asked to appear on a TV station. I was a bit nervous at first, but Courtney the anchor  put me at ease right away. She asked so many soul searching questions that it was hard to respond in a short 3 minutes interview, PLUS doing a cooking demo. Somehow, we managed. On top of that, I had the opportunity to show the assistant how to make the dishes by himself; Courtney and Monica (the weather lady) showed up at the finale and both dived into the dishes we made, mumbling how great they tasted with their mouth full. It was a fun and great experience. How many times someone told you that “you’re wonderful” on live TV?
