Peter H. Kwong is a chef, author, and local celebrity based out of St Croix Falls, Wisconsin. He writes a weekly column, “Wok With Me,” for The Burnett County Sentinel and he is excited to be working on his third published book. He has a wealth of culinary knowledge; consulting local restaurants, teaching cooking classes through continuing education programs, and donating his acclaimed “Dinner and Songs” to raise money for charitable causes. He enjoys expressing himself musically, singing in the Indianhead Barbershop Chorus.
